Getting Started
Download and install the FINX Smart Wallet.
Search “FINX WALLET” from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, tap on download and install.

Is there a FINX web-app?
We prefer to build our blockchain mobile platform to deliver a design that works brilliantly on your mobile phone seamlessly. More broadly, we believe there is an enormous opportunity in digital currency space to build great mobile experiences.

Why do I need to verify my identity?

FINX is committed to maintain the highest standards of Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance requirements. You are required to verify your identity in order to use your FINX account. The purpose of verifying your identity is to help prevent fraud, ensure that no one, except you, can use your payment information to transact.

How do I verify my identity?

Step 1: Go to Setting, click on Identity Profile Status.

Step 2: Fill up all the personal information, then click ‘Next’ to continue.

Step 3: Please upload a clear picture of your Passport or Identity Card (Front and Reverse Page), and a selfie of yourself to ensure that the entire face is clearly visible.

Step 4: Please click submit to continue.

Step 5: You have successfully submitted your identity information.

(Note: Please allow minimum 1 working day for identity verification.)

I’m unable to verify my identity

If you are waiting for the verification result, please note that it will take approximately 24 hours or more for you to hear back from us. If your verification fails, please try again and double-check that all the required information provided are accurately input.

How to send and receive tokens using the FINX Smart Wallet App?

      1. To Send token, please log into the FINX App and tap on the token you want to send, tap on ‘Send’ and enter the Transaction Amount and Receiver Account Name to proceed.
      2. To Receive token, tap on the token you want to receive, tap on ‘Receive’, then fill in the receiving amount and simply tap on “Copy Your Address” button to share with the sender.

What should I know about Digital Currency Deposits?

Currently, the FINX Wallet supports FINX, EOS and FO deposits. Deposits of any other currencies is currently not available yet. We will inform you when FINX is able to cater for other digital currencies in the future. You can purchase these digital currency directly in the app with your credit/debit card (Visa or MasterCard). I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password to access the FINX Smart Wallet, tap on ‘Forgot password?’ in the login page and follow the simple instructions to reset your password.

Is my private information safe?

Yes, our policies and procedures are designed to protect both your confidentiality and the security of your information, including your non-public personal information. FINX transactions is operated in a blockchain environment; hence it is very secured and safe.

What is Private Key?

Upon successfully creating an account, you will be provided with a Private Key backup, please write them down and keep it in a safe place. The private key is used to restore your wallet or access to your funds in case you lost your phone, forgot your password or you change to a new phone.

Will FINX hold my private keys?

No. FINX will not hold private keys on behalf of customers, so please backup your Private Key and keep it in a safe place.
